Ready To Hire Chad?

  1. Contact Chad by phone or email to set up a time to discuss the project.
  2. He’ll meet in person and visit the home to see and discuss what work needs to be done.
  3. Chad will create a detailed, written estimate that includes an overview of what needs to be done in order to start the project, a step-by-step breakdown of the job with a projected timeline, and address any points of concern.
  4. After both parties agree to the work contract, Chad will begin prep work to start the job.
  5. Throughout the duration of the project, he accepts payments in increments as the work is completed instead of large lump sums at the beginning or end of the job.
  6. A deposit is not required “to hold your job on the calendar” once it’s been agreed upon.
  • Payment is based on 30/40/25/5.
    • 30 percent paid once work has begun, usually by the end of demo.
    • 40 percent after rough-in (framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical etc.) inspection is passed or other goal agreed upon.
    • 25 percent after insulation inspection passed or other goal agreed upon.
    • 5 percent after final passed inspection or completion of project responsibility.
  1. Depending on the size of the job, a dumpster will be brought on site, as well as a portable bathroom. Plastic is used to contain the work environment, as well as air purifiers and floor protection. Along with a clean jobsite, the goal is to minimize the disruption to the home and keep the working footprint as small as possible.
