Ready To Hire Chad?
- Contact Chad by phone or email to set up a time to discuss the project.
- He’ll meet in person and visit the home to see and discuss what work needs to be done.
- Chad will create a detailed, written estimate that includes an overview of what needs to be done in order to start the project, a step-by-step breakdown of the job with a projected timeline, and address any points of concern.
- After both parties agree to the work contract, Chad will begin prep work to start the job.
- Throughout the duration of the project, he accepts payments in increments as the work is completed instead of large lump sums at the beginning or end of the job.
- A deposit is not required “to hold your job on the calendar” once it’s been agreed upon.
- Payment is based on 30/40/25/5.
- 30 percent paid once work has begun, usually by the end of demo.
- 40 percent after rough-in (framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical etc.) inspection is passed or other goal agreed upon.
- 25 percent after insulation inspection passed or other goal agreed upon.
- 5 percent after final passed inspection or completion of project responsibility.
- Depending on the size of the job, a dumpster will be brought on site, as well as a portable bathroom. Plastic is used to contain the work environment, as well as air purifiers and floor protection. Along with a clean jobsite, the goal is to minimize the disruption to the home and keep the working footprint as small as possible.
